This is the description of the About Category. You can see this description because it was activated in the About Menu.
You can place text and pictures in this area, or, you can disable it, so that you do not see the category description.
To see the setting, go into your NutriSite™ admin area and select Site Configuration->Manage Site Menus. As an example, (for this text) click the About menu and then click Category. There you will see a long list with options. You will see that for the category is set to Show. To hide it, just change it to "Hide"
